Supply and Install Ventilation for a large project in Sandbanks

Meridian Cooling Ltd were pleased to supply and install ventilation for a large project in Sandbanks, Poole. The new build project was for a block of ten premium beach-front flats, each worth over £3m. The flats all range in size and price comprising of 6 smaller flats, 3 large flats, and 1 penthouse, that Meridian Cooling were privileged to install the ventilation for.

What service did we provide?

During this project Meridian worked alongside many other contractors installing high efficiency, mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems. With such a large project and the volume of work taking place, many obstacles were hit as we were held up by other issues beyond our control during the building work.

However, Meridian adapted accordingly and even though the project finished 6 months later than expected, Meridian were very flexible to carry on with the install when required to, and worked well to coordinate alongside the other contractors. The MVHR systems were designed with concealed outdoor grills to ensure they fitted in well with the ‘clean finish’ modern design that the architect was aiming to achieve.

The project was delivered within budget and the customer was very pleased with the design and install work completed by Meridian.
