Effective servicing of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation equipment not only prolongs its lifespan but also ensures you comply with the Air Management Legislation within the workspace but also for the health and safety of your workers.
Standard
- Careful examination of the equipment under normal operating conditions.
- Testing of the equipment for leaks and, at additional costs, the repair thereof to comply with F-Gas regulations – EC regulation 842/2006 (changes to 517/2014 January 2015)
- Inspection and testing of automatic temperature controls and adjustment as necessary.
- Inspection and cleaning of motors and all moving parts.
- Inspection and cleaning of filters.
- Application of anti-bacterial solution.
- Cleaning of the condensers.
- Inspection and adjustment if necessary of working pressures.
- General cleaning and oiling of the equipment.
- Check equipment’s condensate drainage.
- Check units are correctly labelled.
