Yes we do charge a fee for call outs and this is something that will be discussed when you contact our team.

Yes – as a company, Meridian Cooling are listed on the F-Gas Register which ensures we fully comply with Article 5.1 of EC Regulations 842/2006 regarding fluorinated greenhouse gas management. Our engineers are also individually trained and fully qualified in all aspects of air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump installation.
As with most machines, regular servicing is important to ensure maximum performance and reduce the risk of breakdowns. The majority of manufacturers we work with suggest servicing their machines at least twice a year – however this can change depending on the environment the units are in. Yes - Meridian Cooling offer a range of Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps that can be used in a number of different environments, not to mention the fact that all our engineers are fully trained and accredited in installing this type of heating solution.

Yes, however the length of the warranty is generally dependant on the manufacturer that has supplied your heating or cooling solution – in some situations, we can offer a warranty that is valid for up to 7 years subject to terms and conditions.
Absolutely, this is vital in ensuring your units continue to operate at their maximum efficiency and reduces the risk of breakdown. Depending on your specific heating or cooling solution, the units must be maintained to ensure the warranty remains valid – if regular maintenance is not completed as per the relevant terms and conditions, the warranty will be void.
