It is rarely necessary that planning permission is required for the installation of an air conditioning system. Most can be installed under permitted rights which has been in place since 2011. If in doubt we’d recommend contacting your local planning department.

As part of our air conditioning maintenance, you can expect us to keep your air conditioning equipment in top working order so that it is efficiently optimised. Undertaking preventative air conditioning maintenance reduces the risk of equipment failing and enhances the air conditioning.
We aim to have an engineer with you within 24-48 hours, and we always endeavour to fix the issue during this visit if we can. If further works are required we will provide a quotation and proactively communicate with you to arrange any repairs.

This can vary depending on the individual requirements, but typically we forecast that this would take between 1-2 days per system.
If used in heating and cooling we recommend two visits per year. One site visit per year should be sufficient when used for cooling only.
